“It’s important to drink enough water,” said Petronella. Many people eat because they think they are hungry, but they are actually thirsty.
Boring meals are also a problem for many people struggling with weight.
When you eat is just as important as what you eat in the Human Being Diet.
She explained that the most important rule to follow is to fast for a minimum of 5 hours between each meal and consume nothing but water.
This means eating within an hour of waking up, having lunch at least five hours after breakfast, and finishing eating by 9pm.
Intermittent fasting – or timed eating – is a very popular method recommended by several weight loss gurus.
