Meghan Trainor oozed confidence walking the red carpet at the American Music Awards after revealing she lost 60 pounds following the birth of her son Riley.

An icon of all that base, Meghan revealed the secret to her dramatic weight loss when she explained that she “learned what the parts meant.”
She went on to chat about her post-pregnancy body.
“I didn’t feel good. I’ve never had stitches, so to get this cesarean scar, I was in a really dark place, and I wanted it to be a great place for my son.”
“I discovered that I like healthy food and learned the meaning of portions.
“And I’ve learned that exercise makes the brain very happy,” she told ET Canada.
The chart-topper, who regularly posts behind-the-scenes footage of her family life on Tik Tok, emphasized that healthier habits have positively impacted her mental state. like a week at a time.
