- 30g tortilla chips
- 1 egg
- 300g (red) potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
direction:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180 ° C.
- Cut the fish into 4 equal parts and rub with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let the fish rest for 5 minutes.
- Grind the tortilla chips very finely with a food processor and transfer the ground tortilla chips to a plate. Beat the egg in a deep dish.
- Soak the pieces of fish in the eggs one by one and pass the pieces of fish through mashed tortilla chips to cover them completely.
