Healthy Twix Bar Recipes

- 30 grams of honey
- 80 grams of coconut oil melted

- 60 grams of peanut butter
- Rice cream 50ml
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

- Chocolate melted
- Coconut flakes
Step-by-step description:
- In a large bowl, pour coconut flour, honey and coconut oil and mix well.
- Take a pan pre-lined with baking paper and add the mixture.
- Press until everything is uniform and cut into 6 equal parts.
- Bake at 180 ° C or 360 ° F for 20 minutes.
- Set the base aside.
- Place the pan on the stove over medium heat.
- Pour honey, peanut butter, cream and vanilla extract.
- Mix everything well with a whisk until it is dark and has a nice brown color.
- Add a little salt and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into the base and distribute well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle some melted chocolate on the bar and decorate with coconut flakes.
