Popular cook Leah Isines shares a recipe for a healthy weekday dinner that takes less than 30 minutes to prepare.
Leah, founder of Yes Please Health and The Bare Guide, posted a homemade fried rice, stating that it was one of her simplest meals.
“It’s very delicious. I love rice and vegetables,” wrote an Australian foodie.

It’s also great to add a little tofu to add protein (if you have tofu, always fry it in the air, it’s very good).
To start cooking (providing one), rear starts by mixing Chili garlic sauce, Save maple syrup, lime juice, soy sauce and tahini in a small bowl. This is the dressing.
Next, spray oil into a medium-sized non-stick pan, heat at medium and high temperatures, add garlic and onions, and cook until the onions are translucent (2 to 3 minutes).
Lear has gained a lot of followers thanks to her balanced approach and easy-to-understand recipes.
Then add the tofu and simmer for another 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
Once cooked, add broccoli, carrots and capsicum and cook for another 5-8 minutes or until the vegetables start to tender.
To finish the dish, she adds green onions and brown rice to the pan, pour over the dressing and stir.
“To add flavor, you can add fresh coriander, lime juice, or chili peppers,” she said.

Lear regularly shares simple recipe ideas on websites and social media pages, and recently posted a recipe for her secret chicken noodle soup-and it’s as delicious as nutritious.

Simply heat the olive oil in a deep pan over medium to high heat before adding the green onions, brown onions, garlic, celery, parsley, chives and carrots.

Boil for 5 minutes until light and tender, then add chicken stock. Bay leaves, oregano, lemon juice.
Cook these for 15 minutes to enhance the flavor.
Next, put the pasta noodles in a pan and cook for 5 minutes, then put the finely chopped chicken in the pan.
Continue cooking the noodles until ready, add lemon juice and you’re ready to go.
