Kate Ferdinand has revealed the secrets to her ultra-toned body and “total” daily eating habits that keep her healthy.
The 31-year-old former TOWIE star is known for her slim figure and abs-baring wardrobe.
The 44-year-old mum of one, now married to former soccer player Rio Ferdinand, opened up about her happiness.
Kate, a bonus mom to Rio’s three children Lorenz, Tate, and Tia, gave birth to son Cree in 2020.
Since the arrival of her kids, Kate has resumed intense 5am at-home HIIT sessions at the gym in her stunning mansion.
Speaking about her gym routine on Vicki Pattison’s The Secret To podcast, Kate said, “I’ve always been into working out and I love working out.
“I like to look good, I’m not going to lie, but mentally my life is very crazy, so that time in the morning calms me down.
“But I’m doing something completely new. I’ve started taking care of my body from the inside out.
“I feel like everyone wants to go to the gym all the time to get their hair done and look good, but I started trying to take care of myself internally – thinking it might help.” I feel
Later in the chat, she revealed the exact details of her routine.
Kate told the former Geordy Shore star that she was tired and ate badly recently, adding, “I’m doing it right now.
“I love chocolate, I love potato chips, I love takeout.
“But I’m obsessed with celery juice.
“I hate vulgar taste, but the benefits are life-changing.
“It’s mine.”
She added of the vegetable smoothie:
“It’s good for your skin, it’s good for your stomach, it’s good for your bloating. The list goes on and on.
“So did my kids.
Kate previously spoke about how she got back in shape six months after her son Cree was born.
She gave birth to a little boy in December 2020 and was back in enviable shape just six months later.
Kate has previously admitted to feeling “lack of confidence” in her body after giving birth, revealing she’s getting used to her new fitness regime.

After giving birth, Kate admitted that she didn’t “beat herself up” to get back to her pre-pregnancy body.
That’s after some struggles since becoming a mother that made me feel like I couldn’t recognize myself anymore.
Cree was born by emergency caesarean section, and her mother initially felt she needed to get back into her prenatal figure.
She explains: I had a baby and was in this vortex of emotions.
“My body wasn’t the one I recognized. It really overwhelmed me. I felt really weird and I started panicking, ‘Am I going to feel this way? “
