Josie Gibson hosts the show on Channel 4 and ITV, including This Morning along with Philip Schofield. The presenter shared her weight loss journey with fans. Last year it became slimmer and went from size 18 to size 14. How did she do it?
Josie Gibson elaborated on her weight loss journey and elaborated on how and why she did a healthy kick.
A year ago, in April 2021, the TV star used Instagram to share her makeover with her fans.
She explained how happy she was to be able to refit size 14 jeans, not only to lose weight but also to be healthy after changing her diet and exercise regimen.
Josie acknowledged the Weight Watchers for her makeover. She shares her video on social media and writes in her accompanying caption:

“I haven’t weighed for a while because I’m waiting for the scale, but I couldn’t get on these pants in December or January. Now it’s early March and these size 14s are on for the first time in a while. It has become.
“They are perfect and there is a way to go. My goal is to be size 12, but I’m heading in the right direction so I still have to work on it.
“This is the most weight loss plan I’ve ever made and there wasn’t a lot of love pressure from @ ww.uk’s coaches, consultants and the community.”
Josie explained that it had swollen to size 18 due to being overly spoiled, saying:
Do not miss it:
“I’ve been doing that all the time and it’s now 18 in size.
“You just come to the point of looking in the mirror and don’t even know who you are looking at anymore.”
Before going to Instagram, Josie told The Sun in January 2021 that she lost £ 10, or almost a stone, in less than a month because of her training at home.
She said: “I’m already down £ 10. I’m pretty big, so obviously it comes off faster.
At that time, the former Big Brother Star said that he was aiming to slim down to 12 sizes with a weight of just under 17 stones.
She explained: “I’m currently about 16 sizes. I’d like to reduce the size to 12.”
One of Josie’s motives is her 3-year-old son Reggie.
The TV moderator continued. “For me, that was because my 2-year-old kid was getting so fast, so that’s just catching him.
“I couldn’t catch him-he was running away from me, and I had a hard time catching up with him.”
But 2021 wasn’t the first time Josie had revealed a change in weight loss.
In 2013, the star lost six huge stones. Talking to the closer at the time, she said:
“I combined a healthy diet and exercise to drop six stones in a year.”
Last year, Josie’s weight loss plan consisted of a healthy diet, more water, and 30-45 minutes of regular exercise.
