Jennifer Lawrence took the world by storm with her acting breakthrough in 2010. Over the years, the actress has maintained a toned figure. What does she say about diet and fitness?
The Oscar-winner has been very open about advocating exercise and fitness plans over non-rigorous diets, and often increases his time at the gym depending on his upcoming film role.
She said: “I hate saying ‘I like exercise’. I want to punch people in the face who say that.
“But it’s nice to get in shape for the movie because they basically do everything for you. It’s like, ‘Your trainer is here. This is what you can eat.’ It’s like.’
“I don’t diet. I exercise! But I don’t diet. You can’t work when you’re hungry, can you?” she told Glamour.

“Being photographed when I didn’t ask for it adds pressure to look and feel my best,” she explained in an interview with Vogue US.
“For me, it’s easier to put the extra effort into the gym than to say, ‘Oh, I can’t eat that.'”
She thanks personal trainers, performance coaches, and nutrition experts to actively help her transform her body.
“[Dalton Wong] I changed my body for that movie, but it gave me the skills to change my life,” she said.
“I couldn’t live on a ‘diet’ alone. Dalton taught me how to eat, move, and live a delicious and healthy life. I will always be grateful to him.”

Her workouts include short, regular bursts of high-intensity interval training using only body weight.
Most recently, she played a former ballerina-turned-spy in the 2018 film Red Sparrow, working with professional dance coach Kurt Froman for three hours a day, six days a week for three months.
Her regime included cross-training in the form of Pilates, or toning and weight training.
Regarding food, she said, “I’m not on any particular diet.
“I’m miserable when I’m on a diet and I like how I look. I’m really sick of actresses who look like birds.
“I prefer being a little chubby on camera and looking like a human in real life to being awesome on screen and looking like a scarecrow in real life.”
But in the case of Red Sparrow, she had to be very strict with her diet.
“I’ve never done it for a movie, so I’ve always wondered how to really lose weight and get really hungry.
“The Hunger Games told me to lose weight, but I found Jack in the Box [a US fast food chain]Red Sparrow was the first time I was really hungry and disciplined,” Jennifer told Vanity Fair.
But Wong said she likes to keep healthy snacks on hand while on set, saying, “In Jennifer’s trailer, we were always eating full-fat Greek yogurt, dark chocolate, hummus, and veggies. rice field.
