Cricket legend planned to return to his best condition a few days before his tragic death on Koh Samui.
The 52-year-old Spin King was unknowingly discovered at Samjana Villas Resort on Koh Samui early on Saturday morning local time.
Hours before his sudden death, Warn went to Instagram and asked his followers from a luxurious villa, inspired by the island and the infinity pool of the villa, to “good night.”
Police revealed that a group of fellow Warn was on vacation in Thailand attempted to perform CPR before the ambulance arrived. He was sentenced to death upon arriving at Thai International Hospital.
The Australian hero was putting together what he called an “operation shred” and planned to return to top shape by July.
Warn is in constant public battle with his weight and became a hot topic when he lost 14 kg in 2020 and lost weight.

He had previously tilted the scale at 98 kg.
It seems that the ideal weight at that time was 80 kg.
Spin King also lost 10 kg when dating Hollywood star Liz Harley. There, the fascinating brit helped reach 82 kg.
He posted on Instagram on Tuesday saying he wanted to get back to his peak and shared an old photo of him taking off his shirt and training.
Warn posted the following just four days before his death: “Operation Shred has begun (10th) and the goal by July is to return to this shape for a few years now. Let’s go.”
He had previously denied rumors that he had undergone plastic surgery or was using significant weight loss medications.
His previous success in weight loss was simple.
Warn said his only secret was to use traditional herbal medicine and had previously said he had succeeded in a meal replacement shake after other weight loss programs.
“I’m doing traditional herbal medicine, training, etc.,” Warn said.
“I dropped 14kg, I’m trying to lose three or four more to get it down to 80kg, but I’m not doing any work in my head. Whatever they call it, I I didn’t have a filler, an injection, and all that. “
Warn’s death happened just hours after the death of Rod Marsh, an Australian cricket legend companion that Spin King admitted in his last tweet.
“I’m sad to hear the news that Rod Marsh is gone. He’s a legend in our amazing game and inspired many young boys and girls,” Warne wrote.
“Rod was very concerned about cricket and made a great contribution to the players in Australia and England in particular. He sends a lot of love to Ros and his family. RIP Mate.”
