Alison Hammond is on a weight loss journey and she looks better than ever.
A hilarious dismorning presenter, the 47-year-old has been on a mission to lose weight for the past few years since becoming an ambassador for Weight Watchers in April 2019.
And earlier this week she broke down on an ITV daytime show after being moved to a segment on the phone-she’s worried about her teenage daughter because she didn’t know how to help her. A woman called to admit that she had an eating disorder.
Former Big Brother Star said she was very impressed with the story of the young woman when she tried to hold back her tears.

Allison shared the issue of his weight and sympathized with the feelings of the guests.
The TV star said, “Can I just say something? Obviously I had-I’m upset-I had obesity throughout my life. What’s that, your regulatory system is rampaging, so obviously you can’t control what you want to eat all the time. “
“And what many people don’t realize is that obesity is a disease. I can’t help but always want to eat,” she added in tears. She was comforted by Dermot and Diadol, adding:
“I think people look down on me because they’re so big that I can’t really help if I get sick. It’s difficult when you’re in it. You want to eat, and you do everything I want bad things and you know you don’t look right. I’m sorry, it impressed me. “

But one mother, Alison, has come a long way on her weight loss journey.
She works hard in a weightlifting gym-and she has a personal trainer to keep her motivated at full swing.
When it comes to a healthy diet, Alison enjoys cooking chicken and spinach or beef minced meat and cauliflower rice, and light meals in bowls of bananas, yogurt and berries.
But she also allows a few days of cheat days and sometimes has slices of chocolate cake to balance it all.
Her heaviest Allison was 20 stones, but it’s not clear what her weight is now.

She said her target weight would be 13 stones. This is perfect for her 5’9 “height.
Allison previously talked about weight loss goals. “My WW trip focuses on improving my own health.
“If you don’t eat or exercise properly, you’ll feel garbage. WW can help me eat and eat.
“I want my journey to empower others to think about changing their lifestyle and becoming the best version of themselves.”
