Want to lose a few pounds? Be careful what you want.
Georgia Brooks, 24, a personal trainer from Wolverhampton, promises her weight-hungry clients one of the toughest training regimes.
The fitness fanatic made grown men cry with her strict rules and “surprise attack” workouts.
Size 10 Georgia said: She tried to give up, so I followed her at the gym.
“She now wears a T-shirt that says ‘I was victimized by my personal trainer.’ I take that as a compliment.”
She added that she once had a man in tears because she was pushing him so hard to get the correct form.
Georgia recalls:
“I knew she could work out, so I pushed her to understand what she could do.
“She said she cried first from the shock and was in pain for days, but then came back.
“For me, tears can be breakthroughs when clients realize their true potential.”

A single mother, she takes pride in her no-cheating plan that sees her checking on clients day and night.
She admits to meeting random FaceTime clients and requesting a look inside their cupboards.
If she finds non-diet approved snacks, they must be put in the trash.
Georgia also asks clients to take time-stamped photos and videos so they can make sure they’re doing their workouts at the right time.
she said:
I insist that my clients send me a video or photo of their diet and exercise with a time stamp to make sure they have done their homework

“Sometimes people lie while journaling. Say you exercised or ate right and it’s all going well.
“They have to take pictures of their meals. I insist on sending a time-stamped video or photo so they know they did their homework correctly.
“This is my proven ‘no cheat’ method, and clients are often shocked at the first call, but I relent.
“If they don’t answer, I keep calling. It’s part of the program.”
“I’ve been having conversations with people on FaceTime since the beginning, and sometimes check in every day. I want them to know that I’m friendly but tough.
Abandoned for no-show
Georgia weighs in weekly, she says, which helps her clients gauge their progress and show people they’re getting results.
She continues:
Georgia has a no-nonsense approach to its clients. Skipping a workout or arriving late for a session will throw you out.
she said:
“I don’t allow a half-baked approach. It’s about respecting Jim, me, and their bodies.
I reject people taking a half-baked approach. It’s a tribute to Jim, me, and their bodies
Georgia Brooks
“I had to ditch a woman who wanted to lose half a stone for the holidays. I noticed.
“I had to dump her. She understood and admitted it was all her fault and applauded my approach.”
“People know that I’m strict, tough, and take no prisoners when they sign me up.”
Georgia’s method has proven overkill for some customers who pay and quit, while others cling to her “move or you lose” approach. I’m here.
She said one female client, Emma, proudly lost 5.5 stones in just six months.
Georgia said:
“People know I’m strict. You can run away, but you can’t hide. I’ll find you and make you burpee.”
