Even if you’ve been to the gym consistently, getting picture-perfect sculpted glutes can seem impossible.
One fitness fanatic shared her secret weapon to get a sculpted, lifted backside in seconds — no squats required.
As a fitness coach, Vikki Hill has an advantage over less enthusiastic gym goers.
But even professionals with toned bodies can provide some extra support, as Hill demonstrated in the video.
She provided a small disclaimer in the video description. “How to carve leggings, girl,” she wrote, before adding, “Don’t skip leg day.”
At first Hill stood in a pair of fitted leggings pulled over her navel, still with a bit of loose fabric across her leg.
Showing the front of his leggings, Hill grabbed the excess fabric and pulled it up.
She kept the excess material bundled up in front of her thighs.
Turning around to show her butt, Hill tugged at the sheet of leggings and pulled the excess fabric toward the top of the waistband to give her a slight bite.
Hill also pulled the fabric from the front to the back of the leg to create more gluteal frame.
Instead of making the leggings as high and tight as possible to create a “pancake butt,” she strategically placed excess fabric.
The result is a solid, sculptural underside thanks to the fabric that covers both sides of the buttocks.
One was not clear on how the hack would work and was concerned about how much extra fabric was on the front of the leggings.
“Surprisingly, pulling back helps reduce that lot,” explained Hill.
“It looks great, but it’s not comfortable,” said one person.
However, another woman countered, “I’m sorry if I don’t do this.”
Hill responded to one of the commenters who questioned the sustainability of the hack.
