When talking about health and fitness, Millindo shares that people don’t know the difference between the two. “People think fitness is about 6 packs, but it’s not. It was my life, even if the concept of fitness wasn’t clear. I get better every day with what I do. I was trying to do that today I understand the basics it set for me. It helped me understand my relationship with myself and the people around me. All Came from being a competitive swimmer. Today I understand its importance. The calm and balanced way I get from it is my ability to perceive the situation. That’s fitness. By looking at things positively, you can move on in a better way. So it’s in your head. ”
Encouraging the importance of having the body and mind work together, Millind suggests: Since the age of 15, peace of mind has been my priority in all of my life. Maybe I broke up with someone at that time, but since then all the decisions I have made are based on that idea. Does it affect my mind? We will not do anything that affects your peace of mind. This is my way of thinking about fitness. ”
“People start exercising when they are overweight. The reason I train is because I know life is tough. Every aspect of life is tough. You don’t know what will happen in life. However, if you are mentally, physically and emotionally healthy, you can deal with it more easily. As you challenge yourself every day, your mind and body become accustomed to the idea of challenge. To do that, you have to fight your lazy self. The only thing I don’t want to do is get up early. I ride my bike at 10am. ”
“I try to exercise every day. People think I’m really healthy, but I only exercise for 10-15 minutes every day. Most people don’t know this about me, I’ve never been to the gym because I have a training routine. I don’t use any equipment. I don’t do 10 to 15 minutes at a time. I break through it all day. When I exercise with my weight, You will be better able to understand yourself. Give yourself time to fight your lazy self and work on yourself so that you can be a better person every day. ”
Regarding Lazy Fit Run, Millindo said: “Last year, I launched” Fight Razy, “a movement that is very close to my heart, online for a lifetime. It’s where I wake up every day to fight my lazy self and enjoy doing it. I’m now excited to make it bigger and more fun by combining Fight Lazy 5KM with a series of fun games that encourage you to incorporate strength training into your running lifestyle. This run is being held in multiple cities across India. I can’t wait to meet everyone, run together and fight lazy. ”
The Lazy Fit Run with Millindo Soman will take place on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the Java Harlar Nehru Stadium in Delhi.
