1. Store in the refrigerator
Most flours tend to absorb moisture. Any type of flour can clump and mold if left outdoors for a while. Therefore, if you want to avoid such a situation, you can put the flour in a dry jar and store it in the refrigerator. As a result, the flour has a better shelf life and is easier to use without spoiling.
2. Store in an airtight container
Salts and sugars are particularly prone to inconsistencies during monsoons. Store in glass or stainless jars, away from heat and humidity. Similarly, wrapping snacks like biscuits in brown paper and placing them in an airtight container will help preserve freshness.

3. Stay away from damp places
