Take 1 cup of peeled peanuts.

Grind the peanuts to a fine powder in a nonstick blender.

Add 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil and a pinch of salt to the ground peanuts and mix well with a mixer. (Butter or other oils can be added in place of sunflower oil).

Once the paste has thickened well, you can put it in a jar and store it in the refrigerator.
