If you’re looking for a healthy lunch or dinner time recipe but are short on time, the home cook and author of Bored of Lunch Nathan shared an air fryer recipe that hit 797k followers. “These Air Fryer Chicken Fajita Wraps are just 492 calories for a complete wrap,” Nathan, who runs the Instagram account @boredoflunch, said.
Wraps can be made entirely fresh or use store-bought fajita mix, sour cream and guacamole. “These look very basic, but they’re delicious. For this recipe, you’ll make three full wraps and then cut them in half,” said Nathan.
“You can skip the wrap and eat tacos, rice, or whatever you want. You can use the fajita mix you get at the supermarket, but I make my own. Add sour cream, spray and air fry, again, that’s it.”
Fans of the Instagram recipe are quick to comment, with Nathan’s video garnering 28.8k likes so far and nearly 4,000 comments at the time of writing. User Dawn said: Becky added, “I want an air fryer now lol.” [SIC]

Method
Mix the garlic, cumin, paprika, Cajun, salt, and ground coriander into the seasonings, and stir in the chicken, peppers, chilies, and oil. Alternatively, you can use a ready-made spice mix. Make sure the chicken, peppers, and chillies are nicely coated.
Fry the ingredients at 200°C for 15 minutes, shaking twice in between. Remove ingredients and add to wrap. Roll up the wrap and add it to the same drawer that the chicken was in. Cook for an additional 7 minutes, then remove and serve.
Is fried food good for you?
Food cooked in an air fryer instead of traditionally pan-fried is considered healthier due to the higher amount of oil required for cooking.
A Web MD study found that fried foods cut calories by 70% to 80% and also significantly reduced fat. This method of cooking may also reduce some of the other detrimental effects of aburaage.
