With President Joe Biden just announcing April’s inflation rate at 8.3%, which is higher than expected, everyday life has always been affordable for families. But in a big speech about the economy on Tuesday, he said it was Republicans who “don’t want to solve inflation by lowering your costs.”
It must not be different from the truth. Unlike Biden and his fellow liberals, only conservatives have a real plan to make America affordable again.
For the past year and a half, we’ve seen liberal policies after policy chose family pockets. Biden, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer oversaw new federal spending in excess of $ 8 trillion, causing the worst inflation in 40 years. They started a war with American energy and added the highest gas prices in history. Americans are desperately looking for a real solution. They will find them on the right side. From inflation to gas prices, healthcare, housing and education, conservatives advocate and promote policies that reassure Americans. As a former governor and member of the Cabinet, I know that conservatives can deliver to families in the state capital and the capital of our country.
It starts with stopping inflation and ending spending that is damaging households. In Washington, that means blocking new “stimulations” and qualifications that push up costs and reduce labor force participation. It also includes passing long-term policies such as balanced budget adjustments and undertaking members of our own party that helped to regain pork-barreled and pork-barreled spending. In the state, families hold more money and governments less as conservatives continue to implement tax cuts after tax cuts. The governors of Iowa and Mississippi did just that recently.
Regarding the shocking price of pumps, conservatives want to lower prices by allowing energy producers to drill and supply more oil and gas. You can do it again with even greater savings. When it comes to using America’s infinite resources, we haven’t even scratched the surface. We can make our country less energy dependent and cheaper for gas.
There are also plans to have Americans pay for medical expenses such as medical savings accounts and various private insurance plans to deal with soaring medical costs. Our solution undertakes the special benefits of making health care more expensive, abolishing laws that allow healthcare providers to block competitors and ultimately allow Americans to buy insurance across state boundaries. To do. It also creates transparency in medical prices so that families can find the best and most affordable care, which is often not possible today. Healthcare requires more freedom and less federal government control.
With regard to soaring home prices, we will lift prices and abolish Biden regulations that make all rooms and appliances more expensive. We also believe in removing the zoning restrictions that prevent Americans from building affordable homes. Going home shouldn’t be difficult, especially for the younger generation.
Finally, after two years of liberal-led school closures and radical ideas in the classroom, conservatives will bring better education within the reach of all families. It requires more state school selection policies, including those that help families can afford alternative schools.
This means passing more “students’ right to know” law and linking college taxpayer funding to student success so that families can get an accurate picture of college costs. For students, it should be easy to find a more affordable and effective path other than four years of college experience.
