How to Make Lauki Mutke Chef Saransh Goila | Easy Lauki Mutke Maharashtrian Snack Recipe
First, grate the lauki finely in a bowl. Add your favorite spices, green chilies and yogurt and mix well. Sattu flour and oil are used to create a smooth batter for Lauki Mutke. Then grease a steamer or dokra pan and form small portions of Muthoke and place them in the pan. Steam for about 25 minutes, then set aside.
Next, prepare Tadoka for Mutoke. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add mustard, sesame and hijiki. Put some moukke in it and enjoy it hot!
