1. Coconut Halwa
material:-
8 teaspoons virgin coconut oil
100ml coconut milk
100g dried coconut powder
A few saffron strands
6 g zero calorie sweetener or stevia
cardamom powder
cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds
Method:-
- Pour coconut oil into kadai and add coconut powder
- Stir over low heat for 8 minutes until the powder turns a little brown.
- Add coconut milk, stevia, cardamom powder and saffron strands and stir for 10 minutes.
- Wait until the mixture starts releasing oil and absorbs moisture
- Turn off the gas and finally garnish with cashews, almonds and pistachios.

2. Jaggery Almond Rado
material:-
50g amaranth seeds, crushed
50ml melted jaggery
30g almonds
Method:-
- put all ingredients in a bowl
- Mix well to form small balls
- Garnish with saffron and enjoy
3. Sugar-free oat keel
material
1 cup oats
1/2 liter of milk
4-5 days
a few almonds
1 banana
2 cardamoms
a little raisins
Method
- roast the oats for 5 minutes
- Add milk, dates, almonds, raisins and cardamom to kadai and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add oats later and simmer until thickened
- Finally, add a banana for decoration and serve chilled.
4. Low-Fat, Sugar-Free Gajah Halwa
material:
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon of ghee
1/4 cup chopped dates
¼ tbsp cardamom powder
Method:
- Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker, add the carrots and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add dates and 3/4 cup low-fat milk and mix well
- Pressure cooking for 2 whistles
- Add remaining 1/4 cup milk and cardamom powder and mix well
- 4 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly
- serve hot halwa
5. Quinoa keel
material:
50g quinoa
200ml unsweetened almond milk
8gm stevia
A few powdered cardamom seeds
A few saffron strands
some almonds and pistachios
Method:
- Rinse with water for 20 minutes to soak the quinoa
- Boil the quinoa over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Once soft, add almond milk, stevia, saffron and cardamom.
- Cook on low heat for 10 minutes and mix
- Finally, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve hot.
