But breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It prepares you to undertake work and chores with fresh energy and guarantees the highest level of productivity possible. Thus, a healthy, nutrient-rich, nutrient-rich breakfast is exactly what you need to kick start your day. Chef Megna used Instagram to share a perfect protein-filled breakfast recipe with a twisted peanut dosa.

Very rich in protein, natural fats and fiber, peanuts are an excellent source of nutrition for the body. Used in a variety of foods around the world, such as understated peanut butter and tahini sauce, peanuts add to delicious food and desserts for a nice crunchy texture. * 1/2 cup peanuts — lightly roast and soak in water
* Small ginger knob — finely chopped
* Some green peppers — finely chopped
* Water — about 1 cup
* 1/2 cup besan (besan)
* 1/2 cup rice flour
* Salt if you like
* 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1 teaspoon cumin seed (Zilla)
*oil
* Chopped vegetables — onions, tomatoes, coriander (added to dosa during cooking, optional)
* Some salt and chili powder (to sprinkle on vegetables)
Method
* Take a blender and add 1/2 cup peanuts (lightly roasted and soaked in water), finely chopped ginger, chopped green chilies and about 3/4 cups of water to make a smooth batter. Grind for.
* Add 1/2 cup gram flour (besan), 1/2 cup rice flour, tasting salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin seed, 1/4 cup water to the batter and grind again. Smooth consistency. Dosa dough can only be used with Besan or rice flour.
* Now, warm the pot to make dosa. Wipe with a tissue soaked in oil and add a small amount of oil to the pan. Pour the dosa dough into a hot pan and spread with a spoon.
* Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander (options) and sprinkle with salt and chili powder.
* While cooking, sprinkle some oil around the dosa and leave it on medium heat.
* When it turns golden, turn it over, cook it for a while, and then turn it over again. Fold the dosa in the middle, transfer to a plate and make more in the same process.
