Halle Berry has been quite busy with work lately — her latest movie, Moonfall Just released, she has two projects in post production. This explains why she stopped sharing the weekly Instagram series #FitnessFriday. But it’s finally back with some absolutely certain moves for maximum strength and tone.
The 55-year-old woman announced her return to the series on March 4. Her photo of her skateboarding on the bottom of her bikini and the cropped white T-shirt look incredible tones. “Get used to this #FitnessFriday with @respin! Who will join? ??,” she captioned her post.
In an additional post from the same shoot, Berry skated the streets with her best friend and personal trainer Peter Lee Thomas. “Whenever you land on two feet or four wheels, always try to be your best version ?,” she wrote in one shot. “It’s important to encourage yourself and others through your fitness journey,” she added another caption. “Let’s move!”

Exercises included kettlebell swings with squat jumps, squat variations, resistance band training, and push-ups. Berry demonstrated the use of a jug as a weight and demonstrated how accessible the movement was. (This isn’t the first time I’ve sweated with household items. I trained with only towels in January.) In all the challenges of #FitnessFriday, Thomas and Berry move deliberately and slowly, focusing on the form. It’s the best way to be safe and see the results. “It’s important to act with control, not speed,” said Thomas. shape In January. “Usually slow is harder and faster is easier. People can rush through things so they can get it done and they can get injured.”
As Berry said, there’s more training on where it came from. And with her ambitious Instagram posts and workout inspo, her feed gives us yet another reason to look forward to Friday.
