Gabriella Demetriades keeps setting the fitness bar high for us. A fashion designer and model who is also a painter loves her fitness routine and is often seen practicing her routine in quirky places such as the sea. Gabriella vows to her high-intensity training, yoga and Pilates, and talks about the benefits of her training.
A few days ago Gabriella shared a short video of her exercising in beast mode by the sea. She oversaw the creation and construction of a gym setup in the middle of the beach. Next, she showed how she was doing some routines there.
The fitness video with Gabriella’s son Arick is very adorable. One day Gabriella shared a video of her wandering around the garden with Arick. Gabriella, with two cardio balls, can be seen lying on top of it stretching her upper body and skeletal muscles. Meanwhile, Arick can be seen trying to do the same by imitating his mother. Later in the video, as Gabriella stretches her leg up, she sees baby Arick running towards her mother and hugging her. Ah.

Gabriella gave a glimpse of the kickboxing routine in another snippet. In the video, you can see Gabriella practicing punches and kicks on a boxing pillow. Cardioball workouts help you find a neutral spine position. It also helps improve body mobility, strength and balance. Strengthening your abdominal and back muscles is another benefit of exercising with a cardio ball. Kickboxing, on the other hand, helps burn megacalories and improve muscle coordination.
