This month, also known as Ramzan, is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar observed by Muslims around the world. During the holy Ramadan, Muslims refrain from eating and drinking from dawn to dusk.
To start a fast, Muslims consume Suhur, then Muslims feast Iftar. This is an evening meal that breaks the fast after an evening prayer. Ramadan dates are different because these dates depend on the lunar calendar. When you see the crescent moon, the holy moon begins.

1. Fruit salad
One of the super quick and healthy things for Suhur is fruit salad. This helps balance the body’s water and wash away toxins. You can rehydrate with a glass of fruit salad and it’s easy to make. All you need is a pinch of your favorite fruit and black salt to add its flavor.
2. Oat yogurt parfait
Oats are rich in dietary fiber, protein and other nutrients. This recipe will satisfy your desire for sweet teeth without increasing the number of calories.
Ingredients for oat and yogurt porridge parfait
5 tbsp oats
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
3 tbsp pomegranate
3 tbsp pistachios
250 ml of milk
How to make a parfait of oats and yogurt porridge
First, you need to soak the oats in milk overnight
When you wake up in the morning and the oats are properly soaked, add layers of pomegranate, Greek yogurt, honey and pistachios.

3. Oatskeel

Ingredients of oats keel
1 cup of oats
1/2 liter milk
Sugar (optional)
4-5 date
6-7 almonds
2 cardamom
1 banana
6-7 raisins
How to make oat keel
First roast the oats for 4-5 minutes
In the second step, add milk, sugar, cardamom, dates, almonds and raisins to the pan and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Now, add the oats and bring to a boil until thick.
