Sarah Fergieson, dubbed Fergie by the press, married the Queen’s second son, Prince Andrew, in 1986, but divorced ten years later. Her Fergie’s weight has been constantly being analyzed as it has fluctuated over her many years as her active royal family. The Duchess of York became open about the eating habits she began to gain weight.
She very honestly admits that weight still rests on her mind.
“It’s always my trigger point and the first place to go when you want to self-disturb,” she told Metro.
But it’s not surprising that her appearance has always been a concern for the two mothers.
She revealed how she was often teased for her size.

“They called me fat and fluffy Fergie,” she added.
Sarah grew up thinking her mother had left home because she had a bad haircut.
“I’ve been teased for years,” she said.
“I’ve always been labeled as” fat and fluffy Fergie “with redheads.

At the 2015 Today Show, Sarah explained that she was “addicted” to food before shaping it.
She said. “My addiction was food. I used it to suppress my feelings, so every time I experienced something-a sneaky lie that the media could tell about me-I make up for it. I ate for.
Sarah said: “I’ve been experimenting with different diets over the years, but when I heard about the work of the genre Kamek, Padua is one of Europe’s oldest learning centers where diet research is done. I decided to go to college.
“I was impressed with what I heard. There is scientific evidence showing the benefits of the ketogenic diet and its variants.”
The Duchess said she continued this diet for 18 months, which dramatically improved her weight and health.
