Pigs in a Blanket are a party favorite! This mini-his bagel dog recipe is a spin-off of my his Skinnytaste, substituting a turkey dog and my Greek his yogurt his bagel dough recipe to make it lighter and healthier. I was. - Bagel dough: All-purpose, whole-grain or gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- hot dog: I use Applegate Naturals turkey hot dogs cut in half.
- egg: Brush the beaten egg whites over the dough.
- Condiments for all bagels: Sprinkle the blend over the dough.
How to make mini bagel dogs
- Preparation: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment. If using parchment, spray it with oil to keep the dough from sticking.
- Bagel dough: Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir the yogurt until the dough looks like small crumbles.

- 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour, whole wheat or gluten-free mix, , Plus for dusting (5 oz)
- 2 tea spoon Baking powder
- 3/4 tea spoon kosher salt
- 1 cup fat-free plain greek yogurt, Stoneyfield or Phage recommended 0%
- 1 egg white, Beat and loosen (whole egg is also OK)
- 8 turkey hot dog, Horizontal half, such as Applegate Naturals
- 2 tea spoon all bagel seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. If using parchment paper, spray it with oil to prevent sticking.

Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl and mix well.

Add the yogurt and mix well with a fork or spatula until it looks like little crumbles.

Lightly dust the work surface with flour, remove the dough from the bowl, and knead the dough several times until it is smooth and not sticky.
