- Chicken Shami Kebab
Necessary ingredients
- 200 grams of Chanadal
- 500 grams of chicken thigh (cube, boneless)
- 2 teaspoons of coriander, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon carom powder
- 6 eggs
- Mint leaves, chopped
- 6 green peppers, chopped
- ½ inch ginger, grated
- 10 pieces of garlic, grated

Method
