Recipe for strawberry-grilled oats (204 calories, 1 serving)

- 5 tbsp (40-50 g) porridge oats (blended if possible)
- 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt + 1 additional tablespoon to serve

- 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
- Large squeezed lemon juice

Method
