Materials needed:
- 6 radishes
- 3 carrots
- 1 apple
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- 1/2 inch piece of turmeric
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water (if straining juice)

Method:
- Wash and cut vegetables:
Wash 3 carrots, 6 radishes and 2 celery leaves. Remove and discard the carrot heads and radish leaves. - Wash and prepare the fruit.
Wash 1 large apple, 1 orange and 1 lemon. Cut the apple into wedges and remove the core with a sharp knife. Peel and cut the lemons and oranges to fit the juicer openings. - Peel fresh spices:
Take out two pieces of ginger and turmeric. Cut the ginger and turmeric in half and peel with a vegetable peeler or paring knife. - Blend all ingredients in a juicer.
Set a bowl or glass under the spout of the juicer to catch the fruity radish juice. Put each fruit, vegetable and spice into the juicer. Use the slowest juicer speed when adding citrus. - Clean your juicer:
Rinse with lukewarm water after use. Use mild soapy water to remove stains. Scrub the juicer filter with a stiff brush to remove the pulp. - It offers fruity radish juice.
