Rebecca Gawthorne shared a video of “come shop with me” with 155,000 Instagram followers, listing healthy but poorly wrapped foods such as white potatoes, frozen vegetables, and whole wheat bread.

Sydney nutritionist Rebecca Gorson (pictured) has broken the myth that certain “bad” foods such as bread, potatoes, dried fruits and tofu are bad for you.
A 33-year-old white potato said that frozen vegetables are as nutritious as fresh vegetables, but when cooked and cooled, they are a healthy source of carbohydrates, nutrients and prebiotics.
White potatoes are often considered one of the more unhealthy vegetables due to their high carbohydrate and starch content, but Rebecca states that they are “nutritious and nutritious.”
“They are a healthy source of carbohydrates and other nutrients, and an excellent source of prebiotics when cooked and cooled,” she writes.
There are some over-processed breads that aren’t very good for you, but Rebecca said whole-grain varieties have many nutritional benefits.
