Davina McCall, 54, is best known on the front lines of some popular television shows. From presentations by Big Brother, Comic Relief and The Million Pound Drop to The Jump, and more recently, he has appeared on the jury for The Masked Singer and The Masked Dancer. Having stood in front of the camera for decades, it was important to look what it looked like until the last few years, when health was more important than dress size. In a new interview, fitness fans talked about her approach to exercise and how her way of thinking about the body changed over the years.
Davina, who recently talked about the movement, said: It’s a little difficult.
“”[But] For me, workouts aren’t just Christmas and New Year. It’s not just about wearing a bikini. It’s about staying alive longer.
“I really enjoy the way it helps keep my head away from negativity. There are benefits to both sides in every way.”
In 2018, Davida revealed that she reduced the size of her dress from 12 to 10 in just one year.
The change in her weight occurred after splitting into three children with her husband and father.

At that time, the presenter said: “I’m 9st 10lbs and I’m wearing size 10. This is great because it’s smaller than last year. I’m really, really happy.
“But now I don’t want to lose weight anymore. This is exactly where I want to be,” she added.
Over the years, Davida has released numerous fitness DVDs, and now she has a fitness Instagram account and encourages her followers to do regular exercises.
As a member of Davina’s Own Your Goals Online Gym, users have free access to her virtual fitness classes.
The online gym offers daily classes such as Pilates, high intensity training and weightlifting.
The television personality also accepted her fifties and talked about “removing the restraint of restraint.”
She said. “It’s time for liberation. It’s time to unleash the shackles of restraint and make you feel bad … because I didn’t always feel that way.
“It’s not just a TV show, it’s not just a show-off. It’s that I really don’t care what people think, it’s very liberating.
“I’ve never met a violent group of people who are more irreverent than menopausal women. When we’re left to our devices, we’re very bloody and funny.”
Regarding her own emotional health, Davina revealed in a women’s health magazine: I am in a really good, happy and balanced state.
“Sometimes I feel a little guilty … but I have nothing to complain about.”
She also gave some advice to anyone considering the “New Year, New You” story.
She states: “I always compare it to the Etch A Sketch box, which has everything that happened last year, good and bad.
“New Year is your chance [it] Turn it upside down and shake it well.
“You can make whatever you like in next year’s life. If you want to go somewhere, you can get there. Visualize it, articulate it, write it down, and make it happen. “
