Frisco-The 2021 Dallas Cowboys season didn’t end the way fans, coaches, players and team executives had planned. There should have been a long playoff run and probably the appearance of the Super Bowl. However, the 12-5 regular season lost to the San Francisco 49ers in a one-time home playoff.
The 12-5 season gave the Cowboys an “easy” schedule for 2022.

How easy is it?
According to Sharp Football Analysis, Dallas is scheduled to have the sixth simplest schedule in 2022 based on the total expected wins of other teams.
Next season, in addition to playing twice against division rivals Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Commanders and the New York Giants, the Cowboys will also play against teams in the NFC North region. Therefore, look for matches against the Minnesota Vikings, Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions, and Chicago Bears.

Of those teams, the Packers are the only team to pose a threat of all kinds to the Cowboys.
Dallas will also play against teams in the AFC South, which is one of the easiest divisions of football. The Houston Texans will improve from 2021, but it’s still not very good. The same is true for Jackson Bill Jaguar. Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans should be better than last season.

Dak Prescott
It’s not surprising that the Cowboys have the sixth easiest schedule in the league, as the AFC South teams are on schedule.
However, the Cowboys remade their own tools a bit this offseason. They lost receivers Amari Cooper and Cedric Wilson, aggressive lineman Connor Williams, and defensive end Randy Gregory, but added wideout James Washington. But since the end of the season, the Dallas front office has been relatively quiet.
No team has been repeated as the NFC East Champion since the Eagles won their fourth straight title between 2001 and 2004. With a simple schedule and a healthy Dak Prescott, is it your turn to repeat the Cowboys in the east?
