The two teenagers, once called the “strongest brothers in the world,” are no longer recognizable as their father continues to train for a “secret meal.”
Giuliano Straw, 17, and Claudio, 15, were only three and two years old when their proud father began testing his training plan.
Only five years old from Romania, Giuliano was registered in the Guinness Book of Records in 2009 and created a worldwide sensation with the fastest 33-foot handwalk in history with a weight ball between his legs.
Just a year later, the young star broke the world record with 90 degree push-ups. In this push-up, you exercise without touching the ground with your feet.
Following in the footsteps of his brother, Claudio was able to do a handstand push-up at the bar as a toddler and lift a 4kg dumbbell.
The four fathers, Iulian, were the driving force behind their success, with Giuliano starting gymnastics training at the age of three and Claudio starting training at the age of two.
However, Iulian says the young people didn’t do much weightlifting, even though their muscle-bending photos were a hit all over the world.
“I know the physique of the kids stole the eyes of many,” he told Sun Online.
“But the kids weren’t particularly practicing lifting weights.
“Yes, I also used weights, but only to supplement the gymnastics that have become known around the world.
“The boys also had a special meal I made myself.”
When asked about the boys’ training and diet, Iulian replied that it “remains a secret.”
However, it will fast forward for more than 10 years. And the boys look very different from the old muscular Tot and are now in the boxing championships.
“Now we’re boxing and training is different than when they were small,” Iulian said.
“Boxing training is endurance training-speed, technique. Boxing doesn’t require much power, but it still does.”
The determined brothers set up their own boxing club to compete in the European Boxing Championships, despite the offer to join a larger club in Romania.
“We want to be the champion in the club that bears our name,” Giuliano and Claudio told Sun Online.
They are already celebrating the victory. Claudio is Romania’s three vice champions and has won three silver medals. Giuliano has won three bronze medals at the national championships.
“We will develop our talents and fight the best athletes on the Romanian national team,” Iulian added.
“We are like an eagle between pigeons. We inspire the greatest fear.”
Does the family also want to build a gym at home ???? A place where other young people can train.
But despite their worldwide fame, families are suffering financial difficulties as they fight to pay for boys’ boxing and raise money to turn garden buildings into sports hubs. Is called.
“It’s very difficult to pay for clubs and even men’s cards,” said Iulian.
“I can’t afford to go to other competitions. I don’t have the money for hotels or transportation.
“But I’m having a lot of trouble collecting some money from begging from boy fans on Facebook.”
Both Giuliano and Claudio want to compete in the European Boxing Championships and the World Amateur Boxing Championships as Iulian is desperately trying to find the money.
“These competitions are so close to each other that I don’t know how to raise money for both boys,” he said.
“We have to stay at the hotel for about a week and pay all transportation and food from our pockets.
“Neither my wife nor I have any vices. We do not drink or smoke alcohol. There is no additional cost other than exactly what we need.”
