Here’s a karachiwala recipe if you’re looking to make it at home.
material:
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup coconut flakes
¼ cup flaxseed
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
For topping:
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup chocolate chips
Method:
*Mix tahini, honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
* Add all the seeds and mix to make a sticky dough.
*Stuff on prepared baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
* Pour in peanut butter or your favorite nut butter and put it back in the freezer for a while.
*Melt chocolate chips or your favorite dark chocolate and pour over the peanut butter, spreading gently so it doesn’t mix with the peanut butter.
*Freeze overnight before serving.
