“Was started [with my doctor], and there were some motivating factors along the way.Meeting my beautiful and lovely wife [Anne] someone much younger than me. I thought it was obviously okay if she had an old boyfriend or now an old husband and honestly I wanted to be healthy but I is 22 years older than her.
“The other met my PT Danny Lai. He really put my heart in a good place. I said to him, ‘Listen, I’m in my 50s now.’ year’.

“I can laugh with him. He never gave me anything that scientific. He made me feel responsible for myself.”

Cutting unhealthy habits also helped Greg in his quest to slim down. Back in September 2018 he said GMBof Ben Shepard The secret of his transformation. “I had to cut down on alcohol, give up fried foods, and exercise more,” he said at the time.
Greg Wallace works out five times a week
Greg is currently focusing on exercising, telling HELLO! “For the last three years I’ve been doing his exercise five days a week. Monday through Friday it’s serious, Saturday and Sunday it’s just fun. I like to go swimming, but I’m still exercising.” .
