The former Iron Woman stole the show at Sydney’s Everest Carnival Fashion Lunch Party on Thursday, showing off her incredibly toned legs in a bright green blazer mini dress.

“Yes, I do eat sugar, but I’m trying to cut it down and eat as healthy as possible.
Candace, who is married to cricket star David Warner, has a predominantly healthy approach when it comes to eating, but she enjoys a glass or two of bubbly to relax and is infamous. He also has a sweet tooth.
“I love Shandon,” she added. ‘Like everyone else. I’m a mom, but sometimes I need happy hour once the kids are in bed. I am not afraid to have a drink.

The SAS Australia star said exercise “always” had a much bigger impact on her health and played a bigger role in her life.
She says body weight and aerobic exercise are a key combination to keep her fit and in shape.
“I like lifting heavy. But then cardio — I love running,” she explained. It’s very important to me, not only physically, but also mentally.”

Talking about a typical day at the table, Candace said she doesn’t like to overeat before an early morning workout session, and she doesn’t like overeating to keep her energized throughout the day.
‘rear [my workout]two eggs, avocado, tomato and sourdough toast,” she explained.
It sounds cliche. But that’s generally what I have.
About her typical day, Candace revealed that she doesn’t like to eat a lot before an early morning training session and eats after fueling up throughout the day.
Candace enjoys a balanced and healthy diet, but doesn’t mind indulging in sweets from time to time.
“In the morning, I’ll have green juice. For lunch, I generally have something light, like a tuna salad,” added Candace.
“Afternoon tea, rice crackers, or some nuts.
“Then dinner can be anything. Sometimes it’s leftovers – what the kids have. If you have leftover chicken nuggets or chicken wraps. I’m going to have a nice dinner at
“Instead of obsessing over what you eat, try to eat delicious food regularly at home.”
Her guilt, on the other hand, concerns “sweet things” such as biscuits, chocolates and cakes.
On the other hand, the mother of David’s three daughters, Ivy May, Indy Ray, and Isla Rose, insisted she had no plans to increase her brood.

Candace is currently enjoying a career in radio after a brief stint with SAS Australia in 2020 before joining Dead Set Legends in Sydney with Triple M.
She loves television, but said she wasn’t sure if she would consider appearing on her own reality show.
“I don’t know,” she said of the idea of joining her own show with her husband and children.
“We’re funny, that’s for sure. Our dynamics are very different, but we work very well together as a team.
‘But you never know. If the right show ever came along, it might.
