Cabbage Katsuretsu Recipe: How to Make Cabbage Katsuretsu at Home
Wash and strain the grated cabbage and add chopped coriander, onions and garlic. Mix well. Then add all the masalas (chaat masala, red pepper powder, cumin seeds, salt and pepper powder). First add cornstarch and half of the semolina and mix well. Then add the rest gradually. Mix the mixture well and let it rest for at least 10 minutes. Make a round katsuretsu and fry in a frying pan until both sides are golden brown. The cabbage is cut!

These cutlets can be served with ketchup, pudina chutney, chili garlic dip and even imuri chutney. If you don’t use oil, you can also cook with an air fryer.
