You do not have to attend these classes in any particular order. Loved ones are welcome.
Coaching

Focuses on SMART goal setting.
Ear Seeds Part 1 & 2
Ear seeds are the actual mustard seeds affixed to the tape and can be placed at five specific points on each ear. Placing seeds at these five points has been shown to reduce chronic pain. That’s why you use ear seeds. These five points are the same as those used in Battlefield Acupuncture (BFA), so these classes will teach participants to do this themselves. BFA may provide a very immediate and intense relief, but your reaction to ear seeds may not be so great, but many people still find them to be relieved. Using ear seeds is safe and effective. Using your body’s natural healing abilities is very liberating for many. Taking Part 2 a few days to a week after Part 1 may work. Allow time for a more complete understanding of the concept.
Gentle yoga
A movement class for people who don’t move much. Spend time with a gentle stretching exercise while sitting on a chair, a simple balancing exercise while standing beside or behind the chair, and a simple strengthening posture using a chair or wall. Loved ones are welcome.
Pain skills
On the 3rd and 4th Thursday of every month, self-care pain-relieving tools (self-massage, self-acupressure, EFT / tapping, aromatherapy, etc.) will be demonstrated. We welcome your loved ones.
Tai Chi / Qigong
Qigong is a form of exercise that involves posture, breathing, and mental concentration. Qigong helps reduce stress, build strength, increase energy, and strengthen the immune system. Loved ones are welcome.
