- 50 grams almonds
- 50 grams of pista
- 25g sunflower seeds
- 25g pumpkin seeds
- 25 grams of watermelon seeds
- 50 grams chana dal
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Gesar (for flavor)
- 50g powdered milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Method
- Lightly roast the almonds in a skillet and add the pista
- grind them into a coarse powder
- Roast sunflower seeds, pumpkin and watermelon seeds and grind them to a coarse powder.
- mix both powders well
- Grind chana dal into powder and mix with nut and seed powder
- Add kesar and mix well
- Add powdered milk and cocoa powder.mix the ingredients well
- move to container
- Pour 20 gm of protein powder into a glass of milk and consume.
