Working out with a buddy is always fun. Patrick Mahomes has the cutest little training his partner, daughter Sterling his Mahomes. Brittany Mahomes has shared a photo of her toddler, who turns 2 next month, hitting the gym and ‘exercising’ with her dad.
The Kansas City Current co-owner wrote yesterday on his Instagram story: Sterling wears a matching pink sweatshirt and sweatpants outfit and white tennis shoes and has her blonde hair tied in a white ribbon while her dad works out in the background. I have her two pink little weights and a clock nearby.

Brittany also shared a close-up photo of her daughter standing on the practice gym grass, holding cute little weights and staring off into the distance. We would freeze if we had to!
Having active parents definitely affects Sterling. In her one video in November 2022, Brittany shared videos of Sterling with her mother on family walks and at the gym. “We will always cherish our special moments with our star!” she wrote. “My buddy and her favorite workout partner ❤️”

That said, Sterling is definitely daddy’s girl, showing up to his game in red and yellow to cheer him on alongside his newborn brother Bronze. She also seems pretty headstrong, as she shared a funny story about running around the house naked to find a new Lego on .
One day Sterling will be able to lift real weights with her dad, but in the meantime she can enjoy watching him while looking cute. , Sterling is a pro!
