Britain’s Got Talent star Jonathan Antoine has been on a weight loss journey since appearing on the ITV reality show.
The singer was one of his favorites to win in Season 6 when he was just 17 years old.
He played with his friend Charlotte Jaconelli and impressed the judges with the production of “The Prayer” at the audition nearly 10 years ago.

After Simon Cowell compared him to the legendary Luciano Pavarotti, the pair advanced to the final, but the winners were chosen by the general public as the dance dogs Ashley and Padsey.
Jonathan and Charlotte then signed a £ 1m deal with Simon’s record label Syco a few days after the show ended.
He recently adopted a healthy lifestyle to lose weight. It’s about taking your step and seeing what you’re eating.
Jonathan tells Miller:
“I made a positive choice this year. I felt that there was a considerable lack of discipline.
“When I was in America, it’s fast food everywhere. I was in a terrible state at the beginning of the year, and I was able to pull my way home with a light exercise.”
“I’m a very big companion, so strenuous exercise causes tears. It’s important, so I’m on my way, thinking about what to eat.”
Jonathan keeps walking 10,000 steps a day just by walking in his room.
He said, “For a long time I was trying to experience life, live life and find the next joy. It is a great pleasure to control my life and grab the world with my hands.”
Jonathan was very honest about mental health issues and said Britain’s Got Talent was a great stepping stone for him.
“At that time, I was in a very bad place mentally.
“I said many times that it saved me. It took me out of the situation I was in and put me in another place. For those who are depressed who can do really great things. To be around the glitz and charm. It is illuminated.
“I jumped into a world I hadn’t expected. It was a stepping stone to my life.
“Thanks to one equivalent of Blackberry’s message 10 years ago, we can now live this best life. It’s crazy to see small little things blooming in these wild experiences.”
