But the cruel troll targeted the 29-year-old, saying she “looks like a man.”
Manchester-born content creator Bernadetta Yakubu Mahama began to lose confidence in her body image after giving birth to her nine-year-old son Djibril.
She believed that it was “impossible” to improve her situation, as she struggled to find time as a new mother to improve her body and mindset.
But in December 2016, she was able to change some lifestyles.

Breakfast includes jumbo rolled oats with high quality whey protein, and the next three meals include lean protein and carbohydrates such as beef, fish, rice and potatoes.
She added: “I’m trying to get healthy fats from a variety of sources such as nuts and dairy products. My last meal should be high in protein, such as egg whites and cottage cheese.
“For snacks, we’ll have a protein bar, rice cakes, almonds, and Greek yogurt.
“Consistency is key and we avoid all refined sugars to stabilize blood sugar levels.”
In October 2020, he participated in the first bodybuilding competition and won the championship, but due to a pandemic, he has not been able to participate since then.

She wanted to inspire others, so she decided to share her training videos and bodybuilding trips online.
