Enhanced and non-enhanced training
Labrada first classifies the steroid’s function.

According to Labrada, many professional bodybuilders typically use low-volume, high-intensity training programs. Natural lifters take longer to recover, he says. It may sound strange for a natural lifter to follow the strategy of an enhanced athlete, Labrada explains.
