Here’s how to make it.

4 – Betel leaves
2 – Tomato
TamarindLemon size is small
10 – Garlic cloves
¾ tbsp – cumin seeds
1 tbsp – pepper
1 – Green chilly
2 – Dried red pepper
Minority – Curry leaves
1 teaspoon – Hing / Asafoetida
1 tbsp – mustard seed
½ teaspoon – fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste
Seasoning ghee
Method
* Add betel leaves to a blender with cumin, pepper and dried red pepper, Curry leaves, Green chilly, and garlic cloves. Grind until it has a rough texture.
* Next, add the tomatoes and mix.
* Add ghee, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, curry trees, and curry leaves to the wok. Please scatter. Add tamarind water and salt. Add a ground mixture of betel leaves. Bring to a boil until bubbles appear.
