Cheerleader (2 servings)
material
2 cups of milk (almond milk is recommended)
6 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 teaspoons of instant coffee powder
2 teaspoons of cocoa
1/2 lemon juice
2 teaspoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of dark chocolate shards
Method
Divide the milk and chia seeds into two bowls
Add coffee, maple syrup and cocoa to one bowl
Add lemon, maple syrup and vanilla extract to the other intestine.
Cover and chill overnight, divide yogurt into 1/2 cups with each cup.
Then layer the chia on the yogurt in two glass cups and use 2 tablespoons of yogurt per layer to make about 4 layers.
Dust from above with coffee and dark chocolate.

2 carrots
One big beetroot
1 bunch of parsley
¼ cup pepita
1 lemon
Olive oil
Sea salt and ground black pepper
Method
- Grate carrots and raw beetroot and place in a bowl.
- Add a small drop of parsley, pepita, lemon juice and olive oil. Throw to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Turkey tacos (for 2 people)

Taco
200 grams of minced turkey
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Teaspoon ⅓ paprika
Iceberg lettuce leaves
¼ lemon juice
salsa
1 tomato, finely diced
1 tablespoon red onion, finely diced
⅓ Avocado, finely diced
lemon juice
Coriander leaf ¼ cup
Method
- Heat sesame oil over medium to high heat in a frying pan. Add minced turkey, cumin and paprika and cook until brown.
- Combine tomatoes, red onions, avocados, lemon juice and coriander leaves in a bowl.
- Spoon the cooked minced turkey into the lettuce leaves and top with the salsa.
