Health coaches shared a delicious low-calorie egg benedict with just five ingredients-and it tastes the same as what you order at a cafe.
Bec Hardgrave in Brisbane discovered a recent 425 calorie recipe on the Equalution Instagram page.
To make breakfast, the classic Beck first put 60g of shortcut bacon in the oven and cooked until golden.

She then dropped the two eggs into a pot of boiling water, pouched them, and toasted the English muffins while cooking.
After toasting, Beck puts half on a plate, puts a handful of baby spinach on each slice, then puts a slice of cooked bacon on top of each, and puts the poached egg completely on top.
Finally, Beck enjoyed poached eggs with 40g of Master Foods Hollandaise sauce.
“It’s very easy and easy, and it’s a cafe-style breakfast that’s perfect for eating at home,” said the health coach.
She posted an easy-to-make recipe on social media. On social media, many foodies share their thoughts on a healthy breakfast staple.
The health coach cooked bacon and poached eggs and assembled the ingredients into English muffins topped with spinach, hollandaise sauce and cracked black pepper.
“BRB I’m making this as soon as possible,” wrote one foodie.
