Anthony Albanese removed carbohydrates from her diet, reduced her alcohol intake, and then lost more weight ahead of the upcoming federal elections.
In September, the Daily Mail Australia revealed that Albanese had lost 15 kg. And while he shed another 3kg.

He talked about his weight loss in Perth on Friday after posing next to a community battery that was actually turned off due to noise complaints.

Talking about his fitness at Triple M Perth on Friday, Albanese said he cut alcohol after a serious car accident last year.
His Toyota was attacked by Range Rover and taken to the hospital for an X-ray examination, but was spared serious injuries.
“Last January, I had a near-death experience in my car,” said Albanese.
“I was suffering from a car accident, and that causes you to really sit down and think about things. I was taking pretty heavy painkillers, so I didn’t have to drink alcohol.
“And I thought I would see how long I could go. I went for 5 months. So now I drink beer from time to time. Last night there was a nice little creature . “
Targeting three liberal seats in Western Australia, Albanese flew to Perth on Thursday morning on his first flight after the state’s border opened.
He was asked about his two-year-old Jody Haydn’s girlfriend after doing some radio interviews on Friday morning to connect with voters and taking pictures with her at Women’s Weekly this month.

In an announcement in April 2020, Albanese shows a more fulfilling figure before losing weight.

Previously, Albanese ate cereals for breakfast and pasta and potatoes for lunch and supper, but now they contain very little carbohydrate.
“Now I’m eating eggs from breakfast instead of serials, and I usually eat some meat and vegetables for dinner,” he said.
A 59-year-old woman raised by a single mother at the Camperdown Housing Commission in Sydney’s Inner West also stopped snacking on greasy and sweet foods between meals.
“I eat salad for lunch, cut chips and biscuits, and try to eat healthy between meals,” he said.
In addition to improving his diet, Albanese is now exercising more regularly than last year.
“I had a treadmill in Canberra’s office, but I walk my dog, walk longer than before, and play tennis as much as I can,” he said.
“Tennis is my main exercise and my main sport and I try to play twice a week.”
Labor Party leaders representing Grindler in Sydney’s Inner West are also biking around the city.
Albanese said he has slept better and generally feels mentally healthy since his weight loss.
“We work long hours. If you are physically healthy, I think it will also help your mental abilities,” he said.
