Over the years, 53-year-old Adam Woodyat has changed dramatically and has surprised fans with recent weight loss changes. Earlier EastEnders legends revealed that he gave up one thing and dropped three stones, but he can still sometimes indulge in his favorite diet.
Not long ago he kicked off his new, healthier lifestyle when he shared his decision to abandon alcohol.
He currently consumes nothing stronger than coffee and believes he is giving up alcohol as the main reason behind his significant weight loss.
“Basically I gave up alcohol. That was the biggest change I made,” he said.
“When I quit alcohol, I lost weight and lost weight, which made cycling easier, which made it easier to stay healthy.”

And the actor of Ian Beer said he didn’t have a hard time giving it up, but he admitted that “everyone is different.”
“For me, quitting alcohol was the right thing to do,” he said.

“But at this point in my life, I’m very happy without drinking. As a result, I’ve lost about three stones.”

Adam achieved his weight loss goal by quitting alcohol, but one of the things he didn’t give up was one of his favorite diets.
And as the face of Sirson’s Vinegar’s new campaign, the EastEnders chip chop icon is encouraging the country to support local chippies this summer.
Sarson’s will refund hundreds of fish and chips dinners weekly nationwide until September 2, 2022.
Adam describes the campaign as follows: “Sarsons Fryday is a great way to reward loyal customers who operate fish and chips stores.
“It’s no exaggeration to say that I know one or two things about running a fish bar. Everyone is advised to head to the nearest Chippy and order at Pronto. It may be free. I never think it isn’t. “
To request a free dinner, fish and chips fans simply take a photo of their order at Sirson’s Vinegar and share it on Twitter or Instagram with the tag @sarsonsuk and #SarsonsFryday.
To be valid, all entries must follow Thurson’s social channels to be considered and must have proof of purchase via a meal receipt. Click here for full terms and conditions.
