When it comes to your training, when you feel AH-MAZING, you have to squeeze that energy out for everything it’s worth – we know it doesn’t come often these days.
So, if you happen to be spending these unicorn days, supercharge your training with the goals you’ve been trying to achieve. Is your goal to do push-ups on your toes? Try it today. Is your goal running on the treadmill for another 5 minutes? Try it today. Are you aiming to crouch an extra 5kg? Then you know what to do to criticize it!
