A day ago, Mandira shared yet another snippet of his workout diary on his Instagram profile. This video proves that all you need to kick start a day is an exercise ball and a weight pair. Mandira started her workout routine with her backbending exercise, putting her weight on her hands. You can then see her stretch her body with an exercise ball and train her arm muscles with her weights. Later in the video, you can see Mandira stretching her leg muscles with an exercise ball. Mandira concludes her fitness routine by passing her exercise ball from her arm to her foot.

In the video, Mandira also talked about the need for repetition in fitness routines.
