When it comes to weight loss and health, Rebel Wilson knows exactly what will change in a year.
The 42-year-old actress was responsible online when she lost more than 28 kilograms in 2020 and embarked on a “year of health.”

But she wasn’t alone.
The actress has joined a team of trainers to her workplace in her hometown of Sydney and Los Angeles.
Her LA trainer was none other than Gunner Peterson, known as the chief of athletics for F45 training.
Gunner also trained celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez.
The trainer recently talked about the actress’s approach at the gym, her way of thinking, and her diet.

Gunner praised the actress for finding time to exercise, despite her busy schedule.
Talk to SunGunnar outlined the training mix that Rebel is focusing on.
“It’s a mild scientific mixture of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, and exercise patterns, and you’ll see improvements throughout your life,” he explained.
“That is, get on a treadmill, crouch, push a sled, line up dumbbells. Think of 2-3 sets of 8-12 iterations in 5 different exercises.”
This type of high-intensity training is common in F45 classes available throughout Australia.
